This notice explains, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), for which purposes your personal data collected via the Educube mobile app, website, and physical products are processed, how they are collected, with whom they are shared, how long they are stored, and your rights as a user.
When you use Educube products and services, the following types of data may be processed:
Identity and contact information: Name-surname, email, phone, shipping address
Technical information: Device type, IP address, mobile app usage data
Usage habits: In-app interactions, preferred games
Customer support data: Complaints, suggestions, support requests
Activation information: Activation codes linked to the physical cube
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
Providing the app and content
Account activation and management
Personalizing the educational experience
Managing purchase and activation processes
Providing technical support and customer service
Compliance with regulations and legal obligations
Your personal data may be shared with: our technical infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud services, analytics tools), official authorities in case of legal obligations, and third-party service providers (only when necessary), solely for relevant purposes and under confidentiality agreements. Under no circumstances will your data be shared with advertisers without your consent.
Educube provides content for children under 13, but personal data of these users is not collected directly. The app can only be activated under the supervision of an adult (parent or teacher). If it is determined that information about children has been collected without consent, such data will be deleted immediately.
To ensure the security of your data, technical and administrative measures such as access controls, encryption, secure server infrastructure, and log monitoring are implemented.
